Study effect of MG and temperatune to some physiological parameters and the active of enzyme ChE of tra fish through determine the threshold of tolerated temperature, the changes of the physiological indicators and the active of enzyme ChE upon temperature of Tra fish (Pansianodon hypophthalmus) at the fry stage . From which determine the changes of some physiological indicators, enzyme ChE of Tra fish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) in different temperature ranges with different concentrations of MG. Determine the threshold of tolerated temperature, the changes of the physiological parameters and the active of enzyme ChE upon temperature of Tra fish (Pansianodon hy pophthalmus) fingerlings (15 -20g). Results showed that in normal conditions, the enzyme activity in brain higher in plasma and ChE influenced by temperature. When the temperature increase, the processing enzyme activity increased and temperature decrease the ability to inhibit the enzyme ChE increases. In this study, the effects of t emperature (22 0 C, 28 0 C and 34 0 C) on selected the blood parameters and the inhibition of cholinesterase (ChE) activity in bain and blood of Tra fish (P. hypophthalmus ). Study the effects of MG (0,15ppm and 0,2ppm) and temperature (22 0 C, 28 0 C and 34 0 C) on hematology and and enzyme Cholinesterase on Tra fish (P.hypophthalmus) fingerlings (15 -20g) were randomly designed in the laboratory of College of Aquacultute and Fisheries, Can Tho Universit. Fish were stocked at density of 30 individuals per 200 liters tank.The experiment was three replications in continuously aerated composite tank system and implemented for 14 days. Sampling was performed at 5 distinct points of time. Each time collect randomly four fish/tank, the last time harvest all fish left. The results showed that the quantity of erythrocyte, hematorite value, MCH and MCV decreased after exposed to MG at concentrations and different temperatures, but the quantity of white blood cells and hemoglobin decreased after 6 hours and 72 hours of exposure and increased in the period near the end of the experiment. Temperature affects the toxicity of MG, as the temperature increases associated with higher concentrations of MG, the ability to inhibition ChE in brain stronger. ChE activity in the blood manifesting in many different trends with temperature and the concentration of MG and institutional ability to inhibit blood exposure time should be longer than the brain.
